12.00: So that's your Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draw all done and dusted. And it was well worth tuning in for. Tottenham will face the most demanding of Spanish inquisitions if they are to continue their joyful run through this competition, with their meeting with Real Madrid the tie of the quarter-finals.
Manchester United and Chelsea will cross swords three more times this season now, the winner of their quarter-final having a great chance of making the final, which still could be an all English affair, but probably won't be. If I were a betting man, which I am, I'd put money on Barcelona beating Spurs in one semi-final and Chelsea grinding out a win over Inter Milan in the other. Barcelona being crowned European Champions at Wembley again.
But then my Cheltenham record so far suggests such advice is probably best avoided. Thanks for all the emails and tweets. Sorry there wasn't time to include them all.
